DR-BUDDI is the newest module of TORTOISE which is used to correct susceptibility induced EPI distortions using blip-up and blip-down data. This correction algorithm differs from DIFFPREP, in that, here we use information from a pair of data acquired with phase encoding in opposite direction to perform the correction. Hence the name Blip-up, Blip-down correction.
1) Two sets of DWI's and at least a pair of b0's acquired with two different phase encoding direction:
AP- blip up, PA- blip down
RL- blip up, LR- blip down
Note: You may only use datasets of opposite phase encoding. The software fails if provided with datasets from completely mismatched phase encoded datasets, for ex: AP-RL, PA-LR etc.

If you have used DR-BUDDI version v 2.5.1 and if you did NOT use 'fine tuning with DWI' option , we strongly recommend re-processing your data with the new, DR-BUDDI v 2.5.2 b with the fine tuning with DWI option switched on.
